Depending on how your Outlook was set up, you may have two different sets of instructions. To decide which version you have installed, please follow the instructions below.
Now you need to decide how you would like your mail program set up.
You can choose a POP connection, which will download your messages from the server to your computer. The advantage of this, is that it prevents your account from exceeding your disk quota. You would also be able to download your messages from the server, then read them while offline (not connected to the Internet). OR You can choose an IMAP connection, which would allow you to view the messages and folders set up in your account. When you delete messages through an IMAP connection, you delete them from the server. All messages are kept in your NSU email account, NOT on your computer.
