NSU Health Care Clinics and Services

NSU is Here for You

With COVID-19 creating so much uncertainty across the world, NSU is taking decisive and informed action to respond to your concerns. Please be assured that we take the health and safety of NSU students, faculty, staff, and patients, as well as the welfare of the community with utmost seriousness. To that end, NSU is strictly following guidance from the CDC, Florida Department of Health, and the Broward County Health Department.

At the direction of governmental and global health care leaders, NSU's health care clinics have implemented changes and enhanced security measures to ensure the safety of our communities. This is part of NSU’s continued efforts to remain proactive in light of the current global pandemic.

NSU Clinics and its Pharmacy are open in a limited capacity, with a focus on maintaining essential continuity of care and providing emergency services. NSU clinical locations are now scheduling routine care; we are currently slowly opening and planning to be fully operational by July 1st

Clinic cleaning and protection protocols are all in full accordance with CDC guidelines to protect clinical staff and patients. Administrators are working remotely with some rotations accessing clinic offices when work functions require on-site activities.

All employees, patients and visitors will be required to enter the NSU Ziff Medical and Ziff Dental buildings through the main front doors from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until further notice. Temperature checks will be performed prior to entry.

NSU’s clinics have transitioned to a telehealth platform for all non-emergency health care services. The Call Center will be happy to facilitate a telehealth appointment – patients are urged to call 954-262-4100.

It’s important to note that NSU’s clinics are open to everyone, not just existing patients. If someone cannot get in to see their current health care provider due to the COVID-19 situation, they can call NSU and we will work with them to determine what assistance can be provided.

Patients interested in accessing NSU clinics for telemedicine appointments should call 954-262-4100. Prior to your visit please download and fill the Online Patient forms available at: https://patientforms.nova.edu/home/. NSU’s clinics that are offering telemedicine appointments are (days and times dependent on patient demand):
