Madison joined the Office of Career Development in July 2019 as a Graduate Assistant Career Advisor. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in College Student Affairs here at Nova Southeastern University. Madison graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville in August 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
During her undergraduate career, she was able to navigate many different departments in higher education. Madison’s first role in her undergraduate career was working for Student Life and Leadership. In this role, she organized weekly programs. Madison then moved into the office of Student Government. In this role, she voiced student needs and concerns to the executive board. Her last role was in the office of Academic Advising. In this office, she helped students through each step of their college journey.
Through her experience in Student Life and Leadership, Student Government and Academic Advising, Madison discovered her interest in wanting to work with students as a career. Madison loves to listen to each student’s story as they are all so different and intriguing. She also likes to help the student find their own pathway.
In her spare time, you can find Madison in the pool, playing board and card games, searching the clearance aisles or catching up on her favorite television shows.
