Johnny Kevorkian

Johnny joined the Career Development Office in July of 2018, as the Employer Relations Coordinator, where he assisted with the daily operations and logistics of employer programming, events, marketing, and social media. In May 2020, he began his role as an ExEL Career Advisor.

Johnny brings over six years of marketing, orientation, supervisory, and athletics experience to the Career Development office. Johnny previously worked for the Miami Dolphins in the Brand Impact and Entertainment department, where he helped coordinate all events, supervised training camp, and assisted with leading game day operations. Johnny's previous work at NSU Shark Preview and Orientation provided him with a great foundation for providing guidance to all students, promoting academic and personal growth, and guiding students to resources and services to support student success in and out of the classroom.

Johnny earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University. During his undergraduate career, Johnny served as a Marketing Intern for the NSU Athletics Department during which he partnered with supervisors on negotiations with corporate sponsors, specifically to determine avenues for mutual beneficial collaboration, and increasing sponsors' brand awareness on campus through reward programs. Johnny received his Master of Science in College Student Affairs at Nova Southeastern University as well, where he is excited to continue to support and serve NSU Sharks through his role as an ExEL Career Advisor.
