Meagan is the Assistant Director of Career Advising at Nova Southeastern University. In her role, Meagan leads the team of Career Advisors in career coaching our diverse student body and alumni. Her responsibilities include managing and overseeing university outreach requests, and strengthening university partnerships and collaborations. Meagan is joining the Career Development department after serving as the Assistant Director of Career Services for Saint Leo University. In addition, Meagan worked as a Hall Director at the University of Florida and interned in both Career and Academic Advising. Prior to completing her Master’s degree in Student Personnel and Higher Education from UF, Meagan earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University.
Meagan is excited to work with her team of Career Advisors to implement innovative strategies to engage the diverse student body at NSU. Meagan values professional development opportunities, staying on top of current career development trends, presenting at conferences and supporting diversity and inclusivity initiatives for the betterment of the NSU community. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where staff feel empowered to help students and students are inspired to create the optimum career journey.
