Mignon Bissonnette

Mignon is the Director of Career Development at Nova Southeastern University. In her role, Mignon works with the academic departments, graduate and professional programs, and employers to form strategic partnerships that support career planning and preparation for NSU students and alumni. Her responsibilities include leading a comprehensive career development program encompassing career planning, advisement services, employment and career resources, campus relations, employer relations, and student recruitment.

Mignon brings over ten years of human resources and career development experience to Nova Southeastern University. She has worked at the Brandeis University International Business School in Waltham, Massachusetts as Associate Director of Career Strategies, Yale University in Human Resources and the University of New Haven in Career Development.

Mignon earned a Masters of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, with a concentration in Organizational Development & Consultation and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Worcester State University.
