Student Organization Work Hub

Important Note for Fall 2020:

In order to keep all students and staff safe, we’ve instituted several new procedures and policies.During this time, we will only be accepting online requests and are limiting accessible supplies.  

No seating or working at the Work Hub space (Rosenthal Student Center, Room 201) for the Fall 2020 semester.


The Student Organization Work Hub provides student organizations access to print and art supplies. The Work Hub is located in Rosenthal Student Center, Room 201.

Services Provided

  • Free printing of flyers of up to 25 copies a day (single sided)*

    • up to 25 copies a day (single sided)*

    • paper size offered: 8.5”x11” only

    • paper stock: 20 lb.
      *double sided pages will count as 2 copies
  • Access to the following supplies:

    • Tri-fold corrugated display board (each NSU student organization is allowed to request one board per academic term)
    • Kraft paper (from roll)
    • Colored paper (8.5x11 size)

We will notify you by email once your request is ready for pickup. 

The Inter-Organizational Council (IOC) will be providing a school supply kit for each registered student organization.

Service Policy and Guidelines

The following guidelines have been established so that student organizations can continue to take advantage of this great service. If the guidelines are not followed, a student organization may lose their work hub privileges.

  • The service is available for NSU student clubs and organization only.
  • NSU student organizations can print flyers for organization businesses only.
    • Printing for personal or class related materials are not allowed.
  • All materials will be reviewed for policy compliance and for NSU logo usage to ensure its compliance with the University's Graphic Identity Standards and Policies.
    • Please view our logo usage guidelines. A copy of an official college logo can be obtained by contacting the program office of your respective college/school, or you can download the generic NSU logo here.
  • Any requests with materials that contain depictions of pornography, offensive, excessive violence, illegal and abusive and/or any outright denigration of race or religion and matters that threaten one's interest, and violation of any copyright law will be refused.

Rosenthal Student Center, Room 201 at the Fort Lauderdale/Davie campus.

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
