WHAT WE DO
The Office of Special Events and Community Partnerships (SECP) operates within the Division of Advancement and Community Relations at NSU. Our group provides an essential support function in relation to NSU’s core value of community. The team conceives and executes major university events in connection with Advancement, Community Relations, Donor Stewardship and the Office of the President, including NSU’s signature annual event, Celebration of Excellence.
Our office also acts as a liaison to community non-profit organizations that NSU supports through monetary donations, scholarships, sponsorships and in-kind services such as providing space on campus for community events, hosting organizational fund-raising walks, catering support, outreach, guest speakers and more.
Through this website you will find critical resources for both our NSU constituents to request support and information (forms, how-to documents, diagrams, etc.) as well as forms for community groups to submit sponsorship requests for their events.
