New Shark Student Service Day: The Student Leadership and Civic Engagement office is hosting a First Year Student Day of Service at John U Lloyd State Park right on the beach! Join in the fun being a Shark in service to the community. Meet other new students in taking part in a service day with projects on-campus and off-campus in the local Fort Lauderdale community. This is a great opportunity to meet other students as well as to learn more about the local area while serving the community. We will meet at the NSU Shark Fountain at 8:00 am on Saturday, September 22 and work from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and then travel back to campus. Attendance is capped at 75 participants, so come early! Begin your journey at NSU by serving the community and meeting your fellow Sharks!
