Cannot Login To WebCT

You must use your NSU email name and password to login to WebCT. Your email name can be found in your NSU email address.

(ex. jdoe@nova.edu or jdoe@nsu.nova.edu)

Example:

Make sure that you are entering your email name and password correctly. Email names and passwords are case sensitive. "JOHN" is different from "John", which is different from "john".

If you do not have an NSU email account, you may create one using the NSU Email Account Request Form

If you have forgotten your email account name - or - the password for your email account, contact the Online Computing Help Desk - or - Your Program Office

Test Your NSU email name and password by accessing NSU WebMail .

If you continue to have trouble accessing your WebCT course, contact your instructor, or the Online Computing Help Desk
