Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu
Click on the Privacy Tab
Enable cookies:
If using a default setting, move the slider to select any of the following
privacy settings:
If using a custom setting, click Advanced:
Select Override automatic cookie handling
Select Always allow session cookies
Click OK to return to the Privacy Tab of Internet Options
Click Apply and then OK

Select "Preferences" on the "Edit" menu.
Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the
left hand menu and click "Cookies."
Select "Enable all cookies" or "Enable cookies"
for the originating website only.
Click "OK" and then click "Refresh" on the browser
menu when you return to the web page.

Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Click on the "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
To enable: Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
to "Enable."
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable."
Click "OK"

A system with these minimum requirements will be able to access WebCT, but courses which include multimedia components and third party software may require higher standards.
