Veteran Legal Services

Services Offered

The NSU Legal Incubator is the first legal incubator program in the country that specifically targets the veteran population. The Legal Incubator is a post-graduate program that enables NSU College of Law graduates to start their own solo, small firm or non-profit practice while serving the veteran community and low and moderate income individuals.  Individual attorneys accept clients with various legal issues based upon the attorneys’ legal practice.

Client Eligibility

Clients are referred to the attorneys in the Legal Incubator Program through the Legal Hotline.  Fees are assessed on a sliding fee scale.  Potential clients should complete the intake questionnaire via phone.  Proof of veteran or military status and income will be required. The Legal Incubator accepts clients by appointment only.
