Bachelor of Science and Master of Science

NSU offers a dual admission program to qualified freshman, transfer, and current students who are interested in a challenging and rewarding career in the field of teacher education. Successful completion of this program leads to a Bachelor of Science degree in education (B.S.) and a Master of Science degree in education (M.S.).

Students must first successfully complete an undergraduate degree (B.S.) in education. Upon successful completion of this degree which includes a supervised teaching internship and dual admission requirements, students are fully admitted to continue their graduate studies at the Abraham S. Fischler School of  Education. Students have the option to select two areas for teacher certification with both the undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Upon completion of the undergraduate component, students will proceed to the one to two year graduate portion of the graduate program. Students can view degree offerings in the undergraduate catalog or by visiting the NSU Fischler College of Education website.
