Students encounter a variety of new experiences while studying for a degree in higher education. These new experiences and opportunities, however, may present challenges which can occasionally generate issues between our self and another student. Over time and unattended, these issues can develop into problems that can affect relationships, friendships and opportunities. Student Mediation Services (SMS) offer dispute and conflict resolution assistance for a variety of situations including individual, interpersonal, roommates, and work groups issues as well as problems arising in student clubs and organizations.
