There’s more to the college experience than textbooks and classrooms. Every now and then you have to set aside some time to go out and have a little fun. At NSU, there’s no shortage of ways to have fun, get fit, and unwind—all at the same time.

In addition to a broad range of clubs, organizations, intramural sports, and campus-wide student activities and events, the NSU Campus Recreation team has developed a variety of programs designed to address all aspects of physical fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

Best of all, our programs have been tailored to people of every fitness level, so you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic to get in the game. You just have to get up, get out, and do it.

You’ll look better. You’ll feel better. You’ll meet new people. And you’ll have more energy than you’ll know what to do with. From Mind-Body classes to Pilates Heart Smart and Spinning, Campus Recreation has something to keep you fired up when you’re not buried in the books.
