Andrea serves as the Graduate Assistant for Civic Engagement in the department of Student Leadership and Civic Engagement. As part of her role in the office, she works closely with student site leaders who plan Sharks and Service (SAS) alternative break trips. These trips consist of multiple days of service with a community organization at a selected location either domestically or internationally.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Andrea became a Florida native at an early age. She has since named Winter Springs, Florida as her hometown. Andrea completed her bachelor of arts degree in religion from Saint Leo University in 2017. During her undergraduate career at Saint Leo University, she was a student athletic, Campus Activities Board Member, and a Resident Assistant. She is continuing her education at NSU with a Master’s of Education Degree in College Student Affairs.
