The Leadership Development program includes a menu of interactive and engaging opportunities for students to learn and practice leadership to challenge themselves to reach their full leadership potential.
Vision
All NSU students will understand their unique gifts and calling and will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and experience to effectively lead others in their personal, professional and civic communities.
Purpose
To provide all NSU students the opportunity to:
- Develop the ability to effectively mobilize others in accomplishing a common goal.
- Assess their personal gifts and calling.
- Develop and employ skills and knowledge to positively impact their community.
- Increase personal and professional self-management capabilities.
