Purpose/Mission
To foster student’s personal and professional success by further developing their present leadership skills by providing them a ‘foot in the door’ to the exceptional opportunities that exist at NSU and throughout the world. The goal is not only to transfer skills that will enable students to be more effective leaders, but to also invite students into a lifelong exploration in a way of being that focuses on service to others.

Why Use this Online Resource
This service is for students to use at their own convenience. Due to the busy schedules of students, the Leadership Development Program has developed an online resource so that students can access the workshops resources 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. In addition, to this online resource, the Leadership Development program will also host a variety workshops related to various topics; wherein all students are encouraged to attend.
