Allison serves as the director for the office of Student Leadership & Civic Engagement and oversees the Razor's Edge Leadership Scholarship Program. Within the office, she provides general oversight and focuses on the leadership programming, working closely with the graduate assistants in this area. Allison oversees all aspects of the Razor's Edge program.
Originally from Palm Harbor, Florida, Allison joined the NSU team in June 2011 from her role at her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. She remains actively involved with her sorority and within the fraternal community. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Stetson University and her Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut.

Aaron provides oversight for the Civic Engagement/Service program within the office. Aaron is active within the South Florida Regional Campus Compact and works with the SLCE staff to oversee and build the service trip program, local service events on and off-campus, as well as build relationships across campus and across Florida to offer and strengthen the service program at NSU.
Aaron is a Philadelphia native, joining NSU in July 2011 from Mansfield University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Master of Science Degree in Education. Aaron is also currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in College Student Affairs from NSU.

Kamla Billings is the Graduate Assistant for Service in the Office of Student Leadership and Civic Engagement at Nova Southeastern University. As such, she is responsible for promoting, coordinating, and building student interest regarding community service activities both on and off campus. She also provides support to student organizations and individuals who need assistance in designing service projects within or outside of the NSU community.
Prior to NSU, Kamla served as a Corps Member in City Year Miami, an international service organization under AmeriCorps. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in College Student Affairs from NSU's Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Joshua Brown is the Graduate Assistant for Civic Engagement in the Student Leadership and Civic Engagement Office. As such, he serves as the coordinator of volunteer service events for Nova Southeastern University students within the tri-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties). He oversees the records of student engagement efforts, volunteer activities, and coordinates community partnerships with non-profit organizations. The University's students and SGA registered student organizations report directly to him for service hour recognition and requirements.

Jodi oversees the planning of the NSU Leadership Conference as well as the NSU Leadership Awards Program. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls in 2007 with a degree in Elementary Education. She was involved with Alpha Sigma Alpha while an undergraduate student. After graduation, she taught for several years. She chose to obtain her Master's Degree in College Student Affairs because she really felt like she was missing something, mainly the high energy and involvement that she felt in college. At Nova, she has worked with S.E.A. Board and is the faculty advisor of Delta Phi Epsilon. She recently completed her practicum at Minnesota State University – Mankato in Orientation and will be completing her second practicum at Florida International University in the Fall.

Jamie Sessoms is the current Graduate Assistant for Leadership Development in the office of Student Leadership and Civic Engagement. Jamie facilitates a 10 week interactive Emerging Leaders Experience session for the students. She is the faculty secretary of Omicron Delta Kappa which is a National Leadership Honor Society. Additionally, she is a leadership coach for over five student organizations. She is originally from Southfield, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and she has a minor in Applied Leadership from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She is currently enrolled in the College of Student Affairs Master's program.

Amy Strachota is the Graduate Assistant for Leadership Development and focuses her work with the Razor's Edge program. Amy graduated from The Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Management. Amy has worked for Florida State University as a teaching assistant in the Biological Sciences department. She was involved on campus through the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, Relay for Life, and Dance Marathon. She was involved on campus through the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, Relay for Life, and Dance Marathon. She was also a member of the Sigma Alpha Lambda National Leadership and Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
She is joining Nova Southeastern University to pursue her Master of Science in College Student Affairs. She is looking forward to working with the Razor's Edge Leadership Development Program to find students who are active in their community and demonstrate leadership and commitment to their studies. She looks forward to helping students make a difference and an impact in their lives as well as their communities.
