Student Educational Centers

Orlando

At the NSU Student Educational Center (SEC), Student Affairs works to foster student success. We do this more specifically by supporting the student and student networks. Student Affairs is always working to ensure students have great programming and services available which are interesting and educational, as well as programming that is inclusive and family-friendly.

General Information

The Orlando SEC is conveniently located off of Interstate 4, minutes from the Millenia Mall. Your Coordinator of Student Affairs is Jessica Cardenas- Gonzalez and the office of Student Affairs is located on the second floor, office 221C.

The Student Affairs Coordinator at the Orlando SEC serves as a liaison to student services offered through the main campus in Fort Lauderdale, as well as coordinate events and activities to provide a general atmosphere of community for the students, faculty, and staff at the SEC.

Your Coordinator can assist you with information concerning Career Development, Tutoring Services, Disability Services, Library Training, and much more.

The Office of Student Affairs is open in the evenings and on Saturdays to be available for students. Student Affairs also keeps a student lounge available to students with comfortable seating, study areas, and other amenities to give students a place to unwind, gather or study.
