The Qualitative Report Inaugural Conference

Our inaugural conference will be held January 8, 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida USA as we celebrate twenty years of The Qualitative Report. The conference theme is "Academic and Commercial Qualitative Research: State of the Art" so please come join us for a full day of plenaries, workshops, roundtables, paper presentations, and one-on-one paper consultations with the editors of The Qualitative Report. Qualitative Research Resource of the Week

The Center for Applied Phenomenological Research represents a group of scholars from a variety of departments at The University of Tennessee. Affiliates with the center have come from such fields as psychology, philosophy, literature, nursing, business, and forestry to name a few. The center focuses on utilizing phenomenological and other qualitative methods to gain a better understanding of human experience in its various manifestations.

NSU Online Graduate Qualitative Research Certificate Program Begins Second Year

The NSU Graduate Qualitative Research Certificate Program enters its second year as we begin accepting applications for winter 2010 courses. The Certificate's eight three-credit hour, online courses designed to prepare faculty, professional research consultants, and graduate students to understand and practice a variety of qualitative research approaches begins its second year.
