Qualitative Research Resource of the Week
Writing@Colorado State University: Scholarly Writing Guide is a series of online textbooks, each of which is designed to help users find information quickly on a given topic. In the Scholarly Writing, the staff at Colorado State has created an impressive array of introductory guides to a number of qualitative research methodologies including case studies, content analysis, ethnography, narrative inquiry, short term observation, ethnomethodology, grounded theory, phenomenology, and kinesics. The Guide provides definitions, overviews, histories, examples, key terms, related links, and annotated bibliographies. The site is fun to explore and provides beginning qualitative researchers with a wealth of information to get them started learning qualitative inquiry. As an extra bonus, the site as its name would indicate also includes great guides to writing too! |
