Nova Southeastern University’s premier support organization, the President’s Associates, was founded to assure the university of both a secure future and a dynamic presence. Each year, members of this select group contribute a minimum of $1,000 to the institution. These funds are used at the President’s discretion to support the university’s highest priorities: scholarships and fellowships, innovative teaching and research programs, and the wide range of unexpected opportunities that develop each academic year.
The President’s Associates contribute to initiatives such as these:
- Student and Faculty recruitment
- Outstanding Student Awards
- Alumni Scholars programs
- Faculty development and recognition
- Faculty mentoring programs
- Distinguished speakers programs
Thanks to the President’s Associates, the university can both maintain these programs and initiate new projects with far-reaching implications for the institution and the communities it serves.
Members of the President’s Associates do more than provide financial support. They give of themselves, conferring with the president and associating with NSU alumni and friends.
Membership entitles associates to receive invitations to functions such as Presidential luncheons and dinners, lecture series, the annual Celebration of Excellence and various other University “invitation only” functions.
