Established in 1979, Gold Circle is an organization of 131 South Florida women from all walks of life who are devoted to making educational opportunity available to students of all ages.
The mission of the Gold Circle is to help men and women of all ages achieve their greatest potential through education. Gold Circle has donated more than $1,200,000 for scholarship and loan funds for students at Nova Southeastern University.
Goals
- To raise annual funds for scholarships at NSU
- To build an endowment fund for scholarships
- To create educational programs that involve the community in NSU
- To increase membership in Gold Circle to 250
- To be ambassadors-of-goodwill for NSU
Meetings
Gold Circle meets four times each year. In addition, many members sponsor tables at the NSU Forums. Each year, Gold Circle holds a series of special events such as the Day at the Races, Guest Speaker Luncheons and Social Outings.
