Procedures to Request Community Event Support from NSU
Event sponsorship/participation/support requests are reviewed as they are received. Special Events and Projects asks that all organizations allow four to six weeks for review and research of a submitted request. Organizations seeking support need to provide NSU with the following information:
- A completed Community Support Request Form (below) along with a written request, preferably on your organization's letterhead
- Information pertaining to the event itself including:
- Specific event name
- Purpose of event
- Date, time and location of the event
- Table and individual ticket prices
- List of detailed sponsorship levels with costs
- Advertisement sizes and deadlines
- Information regarding guests of honor or guest speakers
- Targeted audience
- List of confirmed sponsors
- Deadlines for sponsorship and RSVP’s
Please complete and submit the Community Support Request Form below and be sure to submit any additional information regarding the event (sponsorship packages/invitations) for review at least four to six weeks prior to the event date.
Please do not send your event information to multiple departments/offices within NSU as this will only delay the processing of your request.
