Welcome to the SOSA homepage. For those of you interested in surgical specialty or subspecialty, or are merely interested in advancing yourself for a 3rd-year clinical rotation, the Student Osteopathic Surigcal Association is for you! We are one of the largest organizations on campus offering interesting speakers ranging from neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, pediatric surgery, urology and more.
You don't have to want to be a surgeon to join. Our anatomy reviews are top of the line, ask anyone. We are committed to making your Gross Anatomy experience an enjoyable and successful one. In addition, our hands-on clinics will give you an edge when it comes time for your rotations in your third in fourth year. Lastly, SOSA's annual conference will be held RIGHT HERE in sunny South Florida, and you can be a part of it all without having to travel!!!
