On-Campus Housing

Dining on Campus

Nova Southeastern University offers an outstanding variety of declining balance options that provide residents with the enjoyment and convenience of eating on campus.

Leo Goodwin Sr. Hall and The Commons

All undergraduate students living in Leo Goodwin Sr. Hall and The Commons, regardless of credit hours, must purchase a mandatory declining balance plan. The minimum amount a resident can apply to their NSU ID Card is $1,200 per semester. If a resident chooses to apply additional funds to their card they are able to do so at any time.

If the fund on a mandatory declining balance plan exists on a resident’s account at the end the Fall semester, the resident’s funds will rollover to the Winter semester. Once the Winter semester has ended, the remaining mandatory declining balance funds can no longer be available to the resident.

Founders, Farquhar, Vettel, or Cultural Living Center

Students living in apartment-style facilities may purchase an optional declining balance plan. This plan is available at a $100 minimum.Shark Dining
