About Our Services
Off-Campus Housing Services have been established by Nova Southeastern University to provide incoming students, current students, and faculty/staff with an informational resource to assist in identifying options for rental housing near your desired NSU site location.
We provide rental listings including apartments, condos, townhouses, homes, rooms in private homes, and short term stay facilities. Other resources include a roommate finder service, moving tips, frequently asked questions, and location area resource links to help make your move easier.

Off-Campus Housing Guide Contest
Be a part of the 2012 Off-Campus Housing Guide!
Show photographs of your off-campus apartment, and get a chance to win prizes. First place: Win $500 on your NSU student account and be featured on the cover of the 2012 Off-Campus Housing Guide. Second and Third place: Your photo and testimonial would be included in guide.
Please make sure to include yourself in the picture showcasing your house or apartment. Judges will rate submissions based on a scale of 1 to 5 for each of the following criteria: NSU spirit/pride, photogenic appearance, healthy and safe lifestyle, neatness, and creativity.
