Returning Resident Advisor Candidates
Returning to staff for a second or third year can be a very rewarding experience. Returning staff members mentor new resident assistants and take on additional leadership duties along with serving as the resident assistant for a floor of students. Additionally, returning staff are active in RA training and other staff development opportunities.
