Founders, Farquhar, and Vettel Apartments
Founders, Farquhar, and Vettel residence halls each house approximately 55 upper class returning undergraduate residents with 60-120 credits throughout the academic year. Each apartment is furnished and features single, double, and triple options, kitchen with a full refrigerator and stove, one private bathroom, and a living room.

Optional Declining Balance Plan
Students living in Founders, Farquhar, and Vettel residence halls may purchase an optional declining balance plan in $100 increments. The flexibility of all declining balance plans allows all students and residents to dine at various locations on the Nova Southeastern University campus, including the following:
- Don Taft University Center Dining and C-Store
- Alvin Sherman Library, Research, and Information Technology Center
- Health Professions Division Cafeteria
- Shepard Broad Law Center
- Carl DeSantis Building
- Parker Building Kiosk
