Camp and Conference Services
We would like to thank you for your interest in our summer camp and conferences services. The Assistant Director of Housing Services and summer crew staff are dedicated to assist you in running a well-organized event that lives up to your goals and expectations. Whether your event is for 20 people or more than 500 people, runs 2 days or 5 weeks we have the services and facilities that you need.
Our facilities host various organizations from football camps to leadership camps. The Leo Goodwin Sr. Residence Hall can house up to 300 students. Each room is built for two students and features a private bathroom, large closet space, and high ceilings. Each room is furnished for single, double, or triple occupancy. The building houses a furnished classroom (can be divided into two rooms), computer lab, furnished study lounges on each floor, laundry facilities, a kitchen, large TV lounge, and the Office of Residential Life and Housing.
Summer camps and conferences may also use our Cultural Living Center apartments, which feature a unique balcony structure. This building can house 250 students in single, double, triple, and quad apartments. Each apartment is furnished and features one or two bedrooms, a kitchen with a full refrigerator, a private bathroom, and a spacious living room, which is perfect for small group gatherings.
Dining
The main dining location is the Rosenthal Residential Restaurant, which offers a wide array of dining options. Additional options include: Monty’s Café (featuring Einstein Bagels), the Health Professions Division Café, Supreme Court Café, Connections Café and the Flight Deck bar. Our Assistant Director of Housing Services can work with your camp or conference to arrange meal options that serve your needs.
Linens and Laundry
Laundry Facilities are located on the first floor of Leo Goodwin Sr. Residence Hall and in the Cultural Living Center. The washers and dryers are $1.50 each and camps or conferences can be issued laundry cards to be used at their discretion. Linens can also be provided at a cost.
Space Accommodations
Nova Southeastern University has many options when it comes to hosting both indoor and outdoor sessions. Our Assistant Director of Housing Services can work with your group to find the most appropriate space to fit all of your needs.
