The Entry-Level Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the Nova Southeastern University will be participating in the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS) for the 2010 admission. The PTCAS may take up to 6 weeks for verifying supporting documents. Therefore, early application is highly recommended.
- Complete the on-line PTCAS application between July 15 and February 1. All applicants to the entry-level DPT program should apply online at www.ptcas.org.
- Send the following supporting documents directly to PTCAS
- An official transcript from the registrars of all colleges and universities attended (This must be mailed directly to PTCAS by the college or university.)
- Three completed evaluations on the required forms from individuals, other than relatives, such as academic instructors and professors, health professionals, work supervisors, or volunteer supervisors. At least one completed evaluation form must be from a physical therapist.

GRE scores must be less than five years old.
Once NSU receives the GRE scores, the supplemental application and the $50 fee, your file will be reviewed by the admission counselor. The applicant will not be considered for a possible interview until all of the requirements have been made.
