Welcome

Welcome to the Office of Grants and Contracts at Nova Southeastern University. The Office of Grants and Contracts is a unit within the Office for Research and Technology Transfer. The office serves as the central point that cooridinates and administers all proposals for sponsored funding from federal, state, and local government—as well as funding from foundation and corporate sources—for research, educational, and community service projects are coordinated and administered.

The office's staff provides quality service and support to faculty in all of the university's academic units by assisting them in their sponsored funding endeavors throughout the pre- and post-award grant and contract phases. This is both rewarding and challenging given the broad diversity of NSU's research, educational, and community service projects and program.

Our staff can assist you in areas such as funding opportunities, proposal preparation and processing, assurances and certifications, compliance, agency liaison, and related training and education, to name a few.

The Office of Grants and Contracts works closely with the Contract and Grant Accounting Office located in NSU's Finance Department. Contract and Grant Accounting is responsible for maintaining accounting control over all federal, state, and local government and private foundation sponsored funding.

We hope that you will take the time to explore the office's website and that you will find the resources we've provided helpful to you. Please feel free to share your thoughts and comments with us.
