Area(s) of Research

My research interests include a structure-based combinatorial approach to protein kinase and GTPase inhibitors (Signal Transduction Therapy).  I am also interested in the rational design and synthesis of polymer-supported biomimetic acyl transfer catalysts. 

A third research area is a collaborative work with Professor Roger Leblanc from the University of Miami.  It involves the synthesis of silanized quamtum dots (QDs) aimed at understanding the surface chemistry of biological supramolecular complexes.
