The bachelor of science degree is offered jointly by the Oceanographic
Center and the James Farquhar Center for Undergraduate Studies. The program
is administered through the Math, Science, and Technology Department of the
Farquhar Center. Faculty and curriculum development are supplied by the
Oceanographic Center.

General Botany, Invertebrate Zoology, Vertebrate Zoology, Microbiology,
Genetics, General Ecology, Bio-Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry I and II,
Applied Physics I and II, Oceanography Seminar, Ocean Science Research,
Historical Geology, Physical Geology, Philosophy and Ethics of Science,
