Frequently Asked Questions ID explanations I need to get NSU Email ID or to reset my NSU Email ID password. I'm having technical (computer-related, email, password, etc.). I've forgotten my email address or password. I need to talk with someone in Financial Aid.	I've forgotten my NSU ID and/or PIN to access WebStar. I never received a PIN to access WebStar. I can't remember how to get in to WebStar! I can't remember how to use Webstar!.	I know my distance courses are on WebCT, but I can't remember how to get there. How do I find my courses on WebCT?. I'm having problems with WebCT or other computer glitches.	I've run into problems this term and need to get in touch with my instructor about requesting an Incomplete. "Hooray! I've successfully completed 4 distance courses and want to request my Graduate Certificate" <douganj barney nova fred edu> "I'm in the Graduate Certificate Program but want to find out about going on to full distance MS study." <missy barney nova fred edu> I need to request an official transcript of my grades. I need to find out about the capstone process.

When you are first accepted into the distance education program, you are assigned a nine-character NSU ID number. You are also mailed a PIN number to access WebStar. You are able to use WebSTAR to register for your courses online, view your financial aid information, view and print unofficial transcripts and pay for courses with a credit card.

You also need to get an NSU Email ID so that you can access your online courses. This also provides you with access to an NSU email account, as well as a wide range of distance library services. If you have a US SSN, you can request your NSU email ID yourself directly from https://www.nova.edu/sbin/account_request

If you don't have a US SSN, you can request that an NSU Email account be set up for you by emailing "Coordinator of Distance Education" <douganj barney nova fred edu>.

As long as I have registered for the course, my access will appear automatically at the start of term on the WebCT home page, after I have logged in using my NSU ID and password. More information can be found at the WebCT home page.
