l2l_ts.f

This program inputs the temperature and salinity fields from the layer model 
and outputs fields interpolated to 1m levels to be used for forcing a 
level model.

The fields read are Julian Day, layer thickness, temperature, and salinity.
The input data file is ts_layer.asc (formatted, sequential).

The output fields are temperature and salinity fields at each depth level(m/s).
The output data file is ts_level.dat (binary, sequential).

The number of depth levels set by the variable maxlev.
