l2l_init.f

This program inputs initial condition fields from the layer model and 
outputs fields interpolated to 1m levels to be used for forcing a level model.

The fields read are layer thickness and initial values of N, P, Z, 
and D.
The input data file is initbio_layer.asc (formatted, sequential).

The output fields are the initial values of N, P, Z, and D
at each depth level(m/s).
The output data file is initbio_level.dat (binary, sequential).

The number of depth levels set by the variable maxlev.
