This program inputs fields from the layer model and outputs fields 
interpolated to 1m levels to be used for forcing a level model.

The fields read are Julian Day, solar radiation (w/m2), mixed layer
depth(m), and the horizontal convergence of the velocity field (s-1).
The input data file is layercode_data.asc (formatted, sequential).

The output fields are the same 1st 3 fields, plus the vertical velocity
field at each depth level(m/s).
The output data file is levelcode.dat (binary, sequential).

The number of depth levels set by the variable maxlev.
