
ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMISTRY (OCMB-6190 CRN#11980)(MEVS-5350 CRN#11981)(CZMT-0661 CRN#11982)
The course has been designed to present an overview of complexity of environmental problems. Students will learn about the
origin, fate, toxicity and remediation of chemical pollutants in the air, water and soil, as well as gain an understanding of
effects of chemistry on today's environment (both positive and negative). The course deals with contemporary environmental
issues including:
