Entry Level Admissions Requirements
Start Date: August and January
Length: 7 terms
Degree: B.S.N.
- Applicants must have completed a minimum of 30 semester hours (or equivalent quarter hours) of specific undergraduate coursework from a regionally accredited college or university prior to matriculation into the nursing program
- Applicants must have completed all prerequisite courses with a grade of C or higher
- Applicants must have an overall GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Applicants must have a personal interview with the admissions committee.
Note: 1 didactic credit hour = 60 minutes/week; 1 clinical credit hour = 5 hours/week; 1 lab hour = 60 minutes/week.
Student must achieve a satisfactory grade in both theory and clinical components in order to achieve a satisfactory grade in the course.
