Entry Level Admissions Procedures

  1. Send your completed application with a $50 nonrefundable application fee and all admission forms to:

  2. Your completed application, including transcripts and letters of recommendation, must be received no later than May 1 in order to be considered for admission for the August entering class and October 1 to be considered for the January class.

  3. If, at any time, you wish to withdraw your application from consideration, please do so in writing. Direct this correspondence to :

  4. All applicants who are accepted must submit official transcripts of all completed coursework to the NSU EPS Nursing Department Admissions. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that arrangements are made for these transcripts to be sent.

  5. If applicant attended, or is a graduate of, a foreign institution, all coursework from the foreign institution must be evaluated for U.S. institutional equivalence. The official evaluation must be sent directly from the evaluation service. For evaluations, please contact one of the following:

  6. Submit two letters of recommendation from individuals other than relatives: academic instructors, professors, or advisers.
