Commencement Ceremonies

Commencement recognizes and celebrates students' successful completion of their academic programs. Many students, as well as their families and friends, participate in the ceremony as a rite of passage that commemorates the admirable achievement of attaining a college or graduate-level degree.

* Please note: These dates are not yet finalized because they are dependent on the Florida Panthers Hockey Club's NHL Playoff schedule and may not be known until shortly before our scheduled dates. Please consider this contingency when establishing your travel and celebration plans. The alternate dates are Sunday, May 12, 2013 for Undergraduate Commencement and Sunday, August 25, 2013 for Graduate Commencement.

Attendance

Admission to commencement is free for guests of candidates participating in the ceremony. Guests do not need tickets to attend.
