What is SharkPrint?
SharkPrint is the new document printing resources that allows students, staff, or public patron to efficiently print documents in the computer labs.
How do I login to SharkPrint?
Please go to www.nova.edu/sharkprint, and click on “Login to SharkPrint”. All NSU students/staff will use their SharkLink username and password to access their printing account. All public patrons will need to create a SharkPrint account and create their own username and password.
How do I use the system?
Please go to www.nova.edu/sharkprint look under the heading of “Help Documents” or “Videos” for detailed step-by-step instructions on using the many features of SharkPrint.
What is the cost of printing documents?
All black and white documents are charges at $0.05/per page. All color documents are charged at $0.10/per page. Duplex printing is charged at $0.10/per page but the larger the document, the cheaper is the cost to print in this format.
How do I request a refund?
Please go to www.nova.edu/sharkprint and click on “Login to SharkPrint”. Login is using your SharkLink information if you are an NSU student/staff or your SharkPrint information if you are a public patron. Click on “Recent Print Jobs” and select the job you wish refunded. ***Please note that before you request a refund, ensure that a lab technician or lab monitor is notified to validate your issue or your refund will be denied***.
