To report a lost or stolen NSU Card, call (954) 262-8929 immediately or complete our form below. In the event that someone returns your NSU Card, simply bring a picture ID with you to the NSU Card Office to have your card returned to you.
PLEASE NOTE: There is going to be a non-refundable charge of $25 for a replacement NSU Card.
