If you are an established patient and would like to speak to a physician after regular scheduled office hours to ask about how to treat an illness or seek advice to decide to go to an emergency room, please call (954) NSU-CARE/(954)678-2273 and a Patient Care Representative will page the physician.

If you go to an emergency room or urgent care center, please call us so we can provide follow-up care.
