Center Accreditation Facilitation

MSI staff specialize in supporting child care centers and family child care homes to achieve accreditation for a professional accrediting body. ( Florida has a number of approved accreditation systems in the Gold Seal program; visit www.myflorida.com/childcare for information on Gold Seal approved accrediting systems.)

Services include program evaluation and recommendations, technical assistance and training, and pre-validation assessment.

Training and coaching services are available, designed to meet specific program needs identified through a self-study process completed by the program administrator working with the MSI mentor.

Some programs request a preliminary (mock-validation) review of accreditation materials and classrooms prior to arranging for the formal accreditation visit.
