The Family Center Parenting Place

Parenting is a journey filled with immeasurable joys and rewards as well as complex challenges. Recognizing that parenting will be both the most beloved and the most difficult challenge in each of our lives, the Family Center Parenting Place is committed to providing the knowledge and support that parents need to be their child’s first and best teacher.

The Parenting Place offers more than 200 classes for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners, and adults. Our award winning classes are held in the Jim & Jan Moran Family Center Village, a wondrous place filled with innovative, fun, and educational environments’ indoor and outdoor playgrounds; and a magical water-play fountain. Our highly trained and enthusiastic early childhood professionals will play with your family in our award winning parent/child classes and will entertain and teach your preschooler in our Just for Kids programs. Expectant families can prepare themselves for their new and exciting parting journey, and new moms and dads will discover the wonders of their amazing newborn. The Parenting Place is also here to offer support when issues like sleepless nights, fussy babies, or willful toddlers present challenges.
