* DD/ILL services for distance and local Law and HPD patrons are provided by their school libraries.

Distance users of the Alvin Sherman Library can request items from the DD/ILL Department through their ILLiad account.

Users logging into ILLiad for the first time should check their personal information to verify that it is correct and complete. This can be done in the "Review Personal Information" of your ILLiad Main Menu.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

* The DD/ILL Department will not process incomplete citations. You will be notified if we receive any requests with incomplete citations. Please call the Reference Desk if you have questions about what constitutes a complete citation: 954-262-4613 or 1-800-541-6682, ext. 4613.

* Phone requests for materials will not be accepted. Please use an appropriate ILLiad form or online form.

* ERIC Documents and MARPs and Practicums will be delivered on Microfiche. You must have access to a Microfiche reader to view and print these documents. Many ERIC documents that were published in or after 1993 will be available in full-text format within the ERIC database, which can be accessed through the Electronic Resources.
