Includes profiles of GEA projects; educational materials; a state-by-state list of support groups, therapists, and other resources; information on related court cases; a list of surgeons performing sexual reassignment surgery (SRS); information about the National Transgender Library and Archive; and a subject directory of related links.

The World Bank is a vital source of financial and technical assistance to developing countries around the world that supports a mission of global poverty reduction and the improvement of living standards. Their Gender and Development Web site provides links to internal and external resources related to gender studies research and promoting gender equality. Contains unique and comprehensive data sets compiled from national statistics broken down into topic modules. Also included are links to special features, educational institutions, international agencies, and NGOs. Updated weekly.
